This took time, honesty, support—and yes, a little tough love.

But the result? I became coachable. I unlearned the diet culture lies. I relearned how to nourish myself in a way that felt grounded and doable. Now, my daily choices and commitment doesn’t rise and fall with my emotions or life’s stressors. I have focused energy, a calm and capable mindset, and a deep understanding of what my body actually needs.

I don’t just follow a program anymore—this is who I am. And best of all, I’m part of a powerful community of women walking this path together, supporting each other every step of the way.

So how did I get here? It wasn’t overnight.

For years, I followed a clean, plant-based lifestyle and immersed myself in the functional health space. But nothing fully clicked—until I discovered Mark Macdonald, the father of the PFC3 formula and bestselling author, who helped me understand the life-changing power of blood sugar stabilization.

Then came Carrie Lupoli, behavioral specialist, certified nutritionist, and founder of Disruptive Nutrition. Carrie’s approach brought everything together for me: behavior, education, simple steps, no guilt—supporting all aspects of my life.
