I have worked as a fitness professional for over 35 years. I’ve been happily married for 33 years and am a proud mom of four children, a grandmother to one granddaughter, and a fur mom to three pups. I live in Pennsylvania and love staying active through running, biking, paddleboarding, hiking with my dogs, rucking, swimming, and strength training.

Growing up as the youngest of six girls, I watched my sisters try countless unhealthy diets. Seeing them struggle is what led me down the fitness path—wanting to help and educate others on building a healthy lifestyle through movement, exercise, and nutritious eating.

Most clients struggle with nutrition and often look for a “magic pill.” I met Carrie through her diet-disruptive program and Mark through Venice Nutrition. When they partnered together to create PFC3, I knew in my heart this was the program people were missing—the final puzzle piece.

Although I believed I was well educated in nutrition, going through the PFC3 program opened my eyes. I realized how much I didn’t know about balancing protein, fat, and carbohydrates. I knew immediately that I needed to share this knowledge with my clients so they could live with food freedom, shift their mindset around food, and finally step off the hamster wheel of what we once thought was “healthy.”

Living with food freedom gave me the blueprint to balance my hormones. It also provided a program I felt confident sharing with my clients so they could achieve the same results—without counting calories or macros and without spending hours planning meals they didn’t actually enjoy or sustain.

One of the things I love most about PFC3 is that clients get to choose their own foods, paired with extensive education that empowers them to succeed. I enjoy guiding my clients toward progress, 1% at a time.

I also realized my own body was not balanced. As a trainer, my days were long, and if I wasn’t prepared, my nutrition suffered. Learning how to prepare balanced meals ahead of time was a complete game changer for me.
