Michelle Bell has been a leader in the fitness world for over 17 years, earning her reputation as the “Spin Queen” after founding multiple successful fitness studios across Southern California. Her passion for wellness led her to partner with global health brands, travel internationally, and inspire people through content focused on fitness, mindset, and healthy living.

In 2014, she stepped on stage for her first fitness competition and earned her pro card right out of the gate—an incredibly rare achievement. Over the years, she competed in eight shows, dramatically transforming her body, but also experiencing the tough reality of weight rebound and burnout. That journey taught her that lasting transformation is about so much more than aesthetics—it’s about balance, mindset, and fueling your body the right way.

As a mom, Michelle understands the mental load of juggling family, business, and self-care.
