What happens inside

Participants answer 3 grounding questions about their current health, what’s holding them back, and what success looks like for them. This creates personal investment from minute one.

Reframes why most wellness approaches fail by showing how disease builds from the bottom up: poor daily choices → dysregulated blood sugar → metabolic dysfunction → symptoms → disease. The insight that 90% of chronic illness is preventable lands hard here.
